Most of the time, you may hold your awareness in a tighter focus with the intention of “figuring” things out; relationships, decisions, situations, etc. Every now and then it’s instrumental to your growth to loosen that focus, pivot your intention, and surrender “figuring” things out to being shown what may be. Today, loosen your focus and allow your imagination to run free with your feelings, and let it show you what is beyond “what you know and understand” about your Self. As you move through the activities of your day, pause to daydream, and relax into your feelings. What do you experience when you do this? Where does your mind and imagination go? You may feel quite vulnerable with your experiences and that’s ok. These experiences are expanding your awareness and consciousness beyond the limitations of your mind. Go with it and explore!
