Last moon cycle you became aware of how it “felt” to be you, and this moon cycle you are opening your awareness to the “idea” of who you are. You hold in your mind an idea and perception of who you are which shapes the thoughts you experience about your Self. Sometimes your thoughts may be very positive about your Self or they may be not so positive. Today, take time to sit quietly and reflect on the thoughts you experience about your Self and how those thoughts give you clues to the larger idea you hold in mind about your Self.
