Hello Everyone!

I’ve had a new insight into to understanding “Inclusiveness”. My previous perception of inclusiveness had to do with others and being aware of how and when I may be exclusive, which is very pertinent and useful in many ways. I now have another perspective… Am I being inclusive with my Self? Do I acknowledge, accept, and embrace all aspects of my Self on an everyday basis: physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, and existential?

What has been shown to me is that… if I cannot be inclusive with all aspects of my Self, then I will not be fully present and have the capacity to be inclusive externally with others.

How many times have I read and understood that “healing begins with me”… so many times I have lost count! Why is it that we tend to compartmentalize an understanding such as this and do not comprehensively apply it to all aspects of our experiences like “inclusiveness”? Healing begins with me, Inclusiveness begins with me!

Maybe, just maybe, the issues we are witnessing that have to do with inclusiveness within our society, are an expression of a lack on inclusiveness with our Self. What aspect(s) of your Self could you more readily acknowledge, accept, and embrace? Is there a relationship between those aspects of your Self that you are not readily acknowledging, accepting, and embracing, and how you interface with others and the world?

These are the questions I am currently pondering…

Love and Light,

MeWe&Us Spring Equinox Workshop!
I am starting a new series of online workshops that are based on the solstices and equinoxes. The first workshop on the Winter Solstice was great success and I have had many requests to do more. Spring is around the corner and the Spring Equinox is this Saturday!

These workshops involve exploring your purpose, life objective, and understanding how your experiences and relationships are always aligning you with your purpose. Each solstice and equinox is a milestone during the year for the unfoldment of your purpose and initiates the next phase of new qualities and characteristics of personal growth.

The Spring Equinox initiates a period of intense growth. What kind of growth? How will you experience this growth? This is what we will be exploring in the workshop this Saturday. The information and exercises will be personalized to your purpose and applying your purpose in a meaningful way that will bring great insights for you to use as you move towards the Summer solstice.

For more details and to register for the Summer Equinox Workshop, visit the online class schedule on Good Elephant, goodelephant.co., and as always, you can contact me, wendy@meweandus.org.

Join me in the first versions of these workshops and contributing to the new development of the MeWe&Us materials!
